RETURN POLICY

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from purchase. After this, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange:

  • To start a return, complete our Return Form. Our Customer Care team will review it, and you’ll receive a Return Authorization email within 1 business day. A confirmation email with your unique Return Authorization number and instructions will follow.
  • Eligible items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, accessories, and gifts intact.

Please note:

  • Returns without a valid Return Authorization won’t be accepted.
  • Do not send items to the manufacturer.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We’ll process your return within up to 10 business days after it reaches our warehouse. Should your return not meet the specified conditions, the item(s) will be returned to you, and the refund request declined. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, followed by a Refund Confirmation email. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN IN STORE

You can also return items to your nearest GIA STUDIOS store within 14 days of purchase. Ensure items are in original condition, with all tags and packaging. Our sales team will verify this upon arrival. Please place items in their original packaging with all original forms. If conditions are met, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method on the same day. You’ll then receive a Refund Confirmation email.

If you’ve received a Refund Confirmation email but haven’t seen your refund, please contact your bank first. If they can’t locate it, then reach out to our Customer Care team for further assistance.
