We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return/Exchange Period: All requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as “Delivered” in our system.

 

A. RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Complete the Return Form, providing a clear reason for the request: Return, Size/Color Exchange, or Product Replacement​​
  2. Await a Return Authorization (RA) confirmation email before sending your item(s).
  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in Return Authorization
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for our QC team to assess the item(s) from the date of receipt.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Return Scenarios:

 

2.1 Change of Mind/ Unwanted Items

  • ⁠If QC confirms the item(s) meet Return Requirements, a refund will be issued, excluding round-trip shipping fees.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days from QC approval.
  • Return shipping fee and any duties or taxes incurred will be arranged by the customer.

 

2.2 Product Replacement / Exchange

2.2.1 Direct exchanges for items of equal value ((for changes in size or color) are permitted under these terms:

  • The original item must be in compliance with our Return Requirements and pass a Quality Control inspection.
  • Processing of the new order will depend on stock availability and will begin within 3-5 business days after the returned item has been successfully confirmed via email.
  • Depending on the destination country, delivery for replacement item varies by destination, typically 3-5 or 7-10 business days.
  • We are pleased to cover the return shipping fee for the first exchange per order, however, any subsequent shipping fees as well as duties or taxes incurred upon delivery of the exchanged item will be the customer’s responsibility.

2.2.2 For exchanges involving items of different value, we advise return and refund, followed

by placing a new order. This will be handled case-by-case with specific instructions via email.

 

2.3 Manufacturing Defect

If QC confirms a manufacturing defect, customers may choose one of the following options:

2.3.1. Replacement Product

  • ⁠If QC confirms a manufacturing defect, we will cover both-way shipping fees and return the replacement item to you.
  • ⁠You will receive the replacement product within 3-5 business days after QC approval.

2.3.2. Refund

  • After QC confirms a manufacturing defect, if you prefer not to receive a replacement, a refund will be issued, including both-way shipping fees.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from QC approval.

 

 

B. RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

 

Product Condition

  • Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from any odors, stains, or damage.
  • Have all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.

 

Documentation & Packaging

  • Include the completed Return Form and RA number.
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Be securely packaged with protective materials to prevent transit damage.

 

Exceptions

  • Final sale, discounted, and custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • For sets or products with complimentary gifts, all associated items must be returned together unless otherwise approved in writing.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to return shipments sent via non-approved carriers. We recommend using our prepaid return label or a tracked, insured method.
  • If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping fee is non-refundable

 

 

C. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In the event of natural disasters, transport strikes, or other force majeure events affecting delivery or returns, we will work closely with you to arrange alternative solutions and adjust timelines accordingly.

Estimated Shipping Time: Calculated from the date of successful payment and excludes pick-up days, weekends, holidays, customs clearance, and other potential delays. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer. Tracking numbers with details are provided for all shipments.

Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed upon delivery are the recipient’s responsibility.
