QUESTION ABOUT MY ORDERS

 

Cancel or Change an Order

• If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us within a few minutes of placing it, either via email at CS@gia-studios.com or through the Contact Us form. Once your order has entered processing, we’re unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations.

Order Declined

• If your order is declined, please double-check that all entered information is accurate. If everything appears correct, we recommend contacting your credit card issuer. Should the issue persist, kindly reach out to our Customer Care team for further assistance.

Missing Order Confirmation Email

• If you haven’t received your order confirmation email within one hour, please check your spam or junk folder, or search for emails from CS@gia-studios.com. If you’re still unable to locate it, kindly contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Order Status

• To check your order status, log in to your account and navigate to the “My Orders” section under “My Account.” You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email at checkout, followed by a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Care team.

Shipping Times and Costs

• Standard Shipping:
  Estimated international delivery: 7 – 10 working days.
  Express Shipping:
• Estimated international delivery: 3 – 5 working days.

Shipping fees are determined at checkout and depend on your destination. Complimentary standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. You will receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched. Deliveries are carried out on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Should delivery fail, the courier will make up to two further attempts.

Changing Shipping Address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.
